Author Biography

Dr. Prashanta Chandra Panda

Dr. Prashanta Chandra Panda (PhD) is Head: Department of Social Science at SLS, PDPU, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.

Dr. Panda has served as Assistant Director (Planning) for six and half years at Orissa Primary Education Programme Authority in the School and Mass Education Department under Government of Odisha. He worked in KIIT University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha for nearly eight and half years. He has been serving School of Liberal Studies, Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat for around six and half years.

He has got several papers published with various journals.
